Greasing the Groove (GtG) is a flexible workout method created by world-renowned fitness coach Pavel Tsatsouline.
The method is particularly beneficial if:
- You have a busy schedule and struggle to fit in long workouts.
- You struggle to perform more than a few reps of an exercise, making it difficult to structure full workouts.
GtG is all about low-intensity but consistent practice throughout the day. This helps to "grease" your neurological "grooves", which builds strength without overloading your muscles.
